The automatic coating line can combine decorative substrates such as calcium silicate boards and ceramic thin sheets with EPS, XPS, and rock wool insulation core materials, completing the functions of insulation, fire prevention, and decoration in one step. It is widely used in new residential buildings, commercial buildings, renovation of old residential areas, and light steel villa projects. The entire set of equipment is fully automated, with the true stone paint spraying machine and fluorocarbon paint spraying machine being the core of the coating section, directly determining the appearance texture, weather resistance life, and market positioning of the panels. The entire production line has a high degree of automation.
1. Automatic feeding and substrate pre-treatment system
The first section of the production line is equipped with a vacuum suction automatic feeding machine and servo roller conveyor line, which automatically grabs calcium silicate boards, fiber cement boards, and other substrates, with a positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, avoiding substrate displacement. It is also equipped with a sanding and dust removal integrated machine, which removes the burrs and floating dust on the board surface through fine sanding, improving the adhesion of paint and glue, reducing the problem of paint peeling and delamination, and directly sending the pre-treated substrates to the coating section for continuous operation.
2. Core coating system: True stone paint spraying machine, fluorocarbon paint spraying machine
Coating is the core differentiation of the integrated panel equipment. The fully automatic reciprocating spray machine is divided into two dedicated models, equipped with infrared leveling and UV hot air dual curing drying channels, achieving integrated spraying of primer, topcoat, and finish coat.
1) True stone paint fully automatic spraying machine
Designed for sandstone particle-type coatings, suitable for exterior wall panels imitating stone materials, it is the mainstream coating equipment for residential buildings. The equipment is equipped with a large-diameter wear-resistant spray gun and a high-pressure mixing feed bucket, capable of transporting viscous true stone paint containing quartz sand particles. The reciprocating servo guide rail moves at a constant speed, and infrared sensors automatically identify the start and stop of spraying for the substrate, automatically cutting off the paint when there is no substrate, with a paint recovery rate of over 90%, significantly reducing raw material loss. The spraying thickness can be freely adjusted from 0.8 to 3mm, allowing for natural stone texture effects; the body is equipped with a water circulation paint mist recovery device, filtering sand and stone residues to reduce equipment blockage, suitable for large-scale production of ordinary exterior wall integrated panels, and the drying uses a medium-temperature hot air circulation to avoid paint flow and whitening on the sandstone surface.
(2) Fluorocarbon paint dedicated spraying machine
Targeted at high-end office buildings and high-end real estate projects, it is suitable for high-weather resistance fluorocarbon metal paint and pure color fluorocarbon surface paint. The equipment uses a precise low-pressure atomizing spray gun, with fine particle coating, a coating thickness of only 0.03–0.1mm, ensuring 20-year durability and UV resistance of fluorocarbon paint. The entire machine is sealed and dust-proof designed to prevent dust from settling on the smooth fluorocarbon paint surface and forming defects; it is equipped with UV rapid curing lamps, with the surface completely drying within 30 seconds after spraying, allowing for immediate entry into the next process without long-term standing. The control system can store dozens of color spraying parameters and switch between pure color, metal flash silver and other fluorocarbon finishes in one click, essential for the production of high-end ceramic and stone composite integrated panels.
Both types of spraying machines can be modularly switched, and the same production line can alternate between true stone imitation stone panels and fluorocarbon high-end decorative panels by replacing the spray guns and supply systems, achieving multi-purpose use with one machine.

3. Drying and curing section
After spraying, the panels enter the combined drying section, which is divided into infrared leveling zone, hot air drying zone, and UV curing zone. True stone panels focus on hot air constant temperature drying, slowly evaporating moisture and retaining the sandstone texture; fluorocarbon paint panels mainly use UV light curing, quickly locking the paint gloss, improving resistance to stains, acid and alkali, and the entire process has no wastewater or waste gas, with a simple waste gas purification device meeting the requirements for environmental protection production.
4. Automatic glue application and composite system
After drying and cooling, the decorative substrates are transported to the composite station, where a dual-component automatic gluing machine precisely mixes polyurethane adhesive, applying glue on both sides simultaneously, with a uniform and continuous layer. The insulation core material is automatically cut and dust-removed by a CNC cross-cutting machine. Then, it is automatically aligned and adhered to the decorative panel. Subsequently, it is shaped by a segmented hydraulic constant-pressure cold press machine. The pressure can be adjusted from 0 to 40 tons. Thick rock wool panels can be assisted with heating and curing to ensure that the pull-out strength of the panels meets the national exterior wall standards, eliminating interlayer bubbles and detachment.
